Art Collector’s Agreement.

When Investing In Artwork:

The Collector, also known as The Client, hereby agrees to physical ownership only.

The Artist, Heidi Scheleski, retains all creative, copyright, and intellectual rights to this "work Product". To avoid confusion, “work product” is the finished product, as well as drafts, notes, materials, mockups, hardware, designs, inventions, patents, code, and anything else that the Artist works on—that is, conceives, creates, designs, develops, invents, works on, or reduces to practice—as part of this project. The Artist retains ownership in any work product related to this project, but grants the Client to use the product in the following way(s): client is allowed to share, post, photograph, and sell the work; selling or giving this work product away does not transfer intellectual or design ownership, as this is retained by the Artist; the Client agrees to never take intellectual or creative credit for any aspect of this product.

Artist's Help Securing Ownership:

In the future, the Client/the Collector may need the Artist's help to show that the Client owns the physical work product or to complete the transfer. The Artist agrees to help with that. For example, the Artist may have to sign a patent application. The Client will pay any required expenses for this.

IMPORTANT: By investing in any of these pieces, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
